INfluence Internship is an opportunity for young adults to commit a summer or a year to seeking the transformation of the Selma community. During this time, they learn what it means to help individuals and families step out of poverty. INfluence places interns in organizations throughout the city and offers programing to help them grow vocationally, spiritually and socially.

INfluence Interns can serve in areas such as social work, counseling, non-profit administration, business administration, entrepreneurship, public relations, marketing, communications and  others. The programs welcomes undergraduate, graduate and recently graduated students.

The program partners with the Americorps Vista Program and Blue Jean Selma to be able to offer free housing, a monthly stipend for living expenses, college debt reduction grant and health insurance (for year long partners). This is an opportunity to see a community transformed and to be transformed.
